Mettler Family Vineyards Wedding Photos- Nick&Moriah

Nick and Moriah were married at such a beautiful vineyard in Lodi California. The property at Mettler Family Vineyards is perfect for any wedding occasion. The ceremony location is covered with trees and right next to it is a pond which is perfect for photos.

We first met Moriah a few years ago when she was living and working in Chico. We attended the same gym and saw each other regularly. Moriah was always so sweet and begin following our work then. After a few years of seeing her around the gym, she made the move back to Lodi where her and Nick’s relationship deepened. Moriah contacted us even before they had a wedding venue or date because she knew she wanted us to be her wedding photographers. We felt so honored!!

Moriah started the wedding day with her girls at their Lodi home just minutes from the venue. Moriah had so many pretty details including her very own Mrs. Box. This served as a keepsake from Nick and Moriah also wore a family heirloom ring on her left hand all throughout the wedding day.

We all traveled to the winery together and just after Moriah put on her wedding dress, the couple exchanged letters they had written to each other before the first look. After they saw each other, we walked around the property together to so many amazing photo locations! Portraits are some of our favorite times with our couples. We can pull them away from guests and let them just connect with one another on one of the most important days of their lives.

Moriah’s cousin officiated the ceremony and was instrumental in their relationship. Both Moriah and Nick have big extended families who supported and loved on these two. After amazing toasts and sunset photos in Mettler’s Family vineyards, everyone hoped on the dance floor. Might we mention that no one left the dance floor either! They kept it packed the whole night. What a fun celebration.
