White Ranch Chico Ca Wedding Photos - Jason&Rachel

Over their engagement process, we always try to get to know our couples on a personal level. One of the ways we do that is at an engagement session. As we were taking those photos, we were talking about the importance of setting time aside and making date night a priority. Jason and Rachel expressed how they would do this almost every night and make sure they were on the same page as each other. They would go on walks and talk about their day! Those are such important patterns to get into before your married and it was inspiring for us to watch.

On the wedding day, family and friends talked about how good of friends these two are. That foundation of checking in and loving each other through every season will serve them so well in marriage.

Jason and Rachel's wedding was at White Ranch here in Chico. These two met in college and one of their first dates was over waffles. We always love when our couples make their wedding day their own. When they are not afraid to break tradition and add elements that are a part of their story. Since breakfast was such a big part of their story, they served delicious breakfast from Mom's Restaurant for dinner on the reception lawn space. Right after the ceremony, they had a donut bar before guests headed to cocktail hour. Dessert before dinner is always a good idea in our opinion!

Thank you Jason and Rachel, we had such a wonderful day celebrating you. Always remember those date nights and late night breakfast friends to check in with each other!!
