Every wedding and engagement session is special for us! We love the time we get to spend with each of our couples getting to know them and their families. We strive to create timeless, joyful images that showcase our couple's true personalities. For us, this engagement session was extra special because we LOVE these two and have gotten to know them outside of all the wedding business too!
Stephen moved back to Chico after college and launched full time into TréCreative. During that time we met these two sweet friends. They weren't dating at the time, but we got to be there from the start and see their relationship grow from friends, to dating, to calling each other fiancé! Soon, they'll be calling each other husband and wife and we cannot wait to see these two get hitched! We feel EXTRA special because Jeff also invited us to be in on the proposal. We had the privilege to collaborate on and photograph it and later have it published in On the Go Bride!
We don't always get to photograph our friend's weddings but when we do we feel an overwhelming sense of honor and joy and getting to be a part of the process while doing what we love.
We have an amazing supportive community of friends here in Chico. Jeff&Alex are among those friends who care deeply for us and our business. Jeff is always the first one to step in and help serve. He has helped us move, set up for bridal shows and countless other random tasks (like that one time he carried our bags all day at a wedding when our second shooter called in sick!). Alex has a huge heart for other women and letting them see and experience this beautiful and full life we've been given! These two have asked us the hard questions and have been vulnerable with us on so many levels. We love these two and so thankful for them!
